OVERVIEW
Procedural Justice training is designed for law enforcement officers to come together in a training space to understand and employ the core concepts of police legitimacy and procedural justice in order to build better relationships with the communities they serve. The guiding principles for trainings are Voice-Neutrality-Respect-Trustworthiness.
Trainings are designed to be interactive, with small and large group facilitation, along with adult learning activities. These courses can also be designed to include law enforcement personnel and community members to build trust.
